    Lots of soup, tea with honey and lemon, ice water, the cheapest cough drops on the planet (you will need them every 3 mins at first, to about every 10 toward the end) and those very OTCs you have above there…I tried a throat spray and it was horrid…didn’t think to try the strips. That and sleep, videos and knitting, and you should shake it in about 2 weeks. Yeah, it’s a bad one. You think you are better and try to do stuff, get knocked on yer butt and the next day everything that was in your chest is now in your head!! Sorry, just giving it to you straight. Take good care of yourself!
